1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the claims-related services on the UtterlyCovered website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with our claims referral service.

2. Who We Are

UtterlyCovered is a trading style of Palmira Capital Limited (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 11234567).

Palmira Capital Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN 838259.

3. What We Do – Our Role as an Introducer

We do not provide legal advice or conduct claims ourselves. Our role is to introduce you to a specialist FCA or SRA regulated claims or legal firm who can assess whether you may have a valid claim (for example, relating to car finance or financial mis-selling).

If you choose to proceed, the regulated firm will contact you directly, assess your claim, and, if accepted, will handle the process under their own client agreement and terms of engagement. You are under no obligation to proceed with any claims firm we introduce you to.

4. No Win, No Fee – How It Works

Most of the regulated firms we work with operate on a "no win, no fee" basis. This means:

• You will not usually pay anything upfront;
• If your claim is successful, the claims firm will deduct an agreed success fee (typically between 18% and 36% of any compensation received, including VAT);
• You will always have the chance to review and agree to the fee structure directly with the claims firm before proceeding.

Palmira Capital Limited and/or UtterlyCovered does not set or collect this fee. It will be clearly outlined by the regulated firm before any work begins.

5. Referral Fees

We may receive an introducer or referral fee from the regulated firm if you proceed with a claim. This does not affect the amount you receive or the fee you agree with the regulated firm.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Respond promptly to any reasonable requests from the claims firm during their assessment;
• Carefully review the regulated firm's client agreement before signing.

7. No Guarantee of Eligibility or Outcome

We cannot guarantee that:

• You will be eligible to make a claim;
• A regulated firm will take on your case; or
• Your claim will be successful or result in compensation.

Any assessment, advice, or outcome will be determined solely by the regulated firm handling your claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• The advice, actions, or services of any regulated firm you choose to work with;
• The success or failure of your claim;
• Any losses arising from your engagement with a third-party firm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmira Capital Limited (trading as UtterlyCovered) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of our claims introduction service.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you request a claims referral, you consent to us securely passing your details to a regulated claims or legal firm for assessment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
